I found a treasure map a long time ago that said that there was ten million dollars worth of treasure in the kitchen Islands. I looked far and wide and no matter where I went, no one has ever heard of the Kitchen Islands. Supposedly it is a magical place with sirens and monsters and Cyclopes. I looked in the Mediterranean: no go, check the African coast: nothing, it seemed no matter where I went I would have better luck finding Atlantis before finding the Kitchen Islands. The treasure map was unclear and didn't necessarily depict any Islands. I then wondered if maybe the Kitchen Islands were located on a lake or jungle or something like that. So I asked around the Gobi desert: no go. Asked around the Congo and they just looked at me like I was crazy. I was about to give up when my friend asked to see the map and I reluctantly gave it to her. She smacked me in the head and said "You idiot! The kitchen islands are not islands at all, they are something you put in your kitchen!" Apparently what I had was a blue print of a house and it depicted their kitchen islands. Now all I had to do was find this house, smash open their kitchen island, and find the ten million dollars. Until my friend once again burst my bubble and said it was a blue print of a ten million dollar house and had nothing to do with treasure.
Well now that she burst my bubble, I decided to buy my own kitchen islands and bury my own treasure under them. I didn't have any money but I did have my stuffed cat Fluffy, and that would have to do. I hired a contractor and told him my plan, and he asked me if he could put his stuffed deer head under my new butcher block kitchen island as well, so I said "Sure". Before you know it, the project was done and we drew up a map and decided to put it in to a bottle and throw it into the ocean. We did so and wouldn't you know it, I woke up one morning to a bunch of disappointed pirates around my kitchen islands.
